Virtual.Offis was founded in 1997 and has established its reputation as a highly specialised provider of managed infrastructure services.

Ours is a business investing in the building, securing and managing best-of-breed infrastructure and network technology. We do everything that you would expect to protect critical online environments but we go much further than that.

First, we actually understand that service does not equate to offering you a server and an SLA. We are utterly tenacious in our approach to customer satisfaction. There is no automated voice answering system, no self-service ticketing. There is no such thing as ‘after hours’ or ‘not available’. We don’t accept that an SLA and a server is an offering of value.

Second, we’re a knowledge business and the most important knowledge we have is how to address your issues.
